PBT filament is as polyester monofilament developed as an economical replacement for Polyamide (PA610 or PA612) in many applications.PBT filaments offer you improved abrasion resistance over Polyamide(Nylon).PBT filament is highly resistance to sunlight and absorbs very little water,So the PBT filaments can hold stiffness in wet applications. It has a better abrasion resistance than polypropylene(PP) or polystyrene（PS).

PBT filaments also has an excellent bend recovery,excellent solvent resistance and excellent odidation resistance at high temperatures, necessary for harsh conditions required for toothbrush manufacturing.
